Thought Provoking

The more thought provoking the questions, the better.

Take the time to listen in, then pause. Think about what you really would do about it. What would you do if you were the only one to make the decision. No input from anyone else. No guiding work session. No right answer to be revealed.

Not current events. Not trends. Not the latest discussion on social media.

Real life, in your face, never before dealt with situations.

What would you ask if you had to prompt someone to make a real difference in their own life and the lives of others around them?

Be as thought provoking as you can, with out threatening them or backing them into a corner to make a gut reaction, rash decision. Allow them to ponder and muddle around with it for a bit. Then, come back to them and find out. This conversation should be one of the very most interesting you have ever had.
