Those TV shows and movies…unless they are documentaries are not (real) but the life we live, this is real.

More and more your experiences in life are the ones that matter.

We gave up cable a while back. We just were not watching it, enough to pay the fees. Of course, we do watch “stuff” on streaming platforms.

I miss some of the shows that we all used to watch – and by that I mean – I don’t have a chance to watch them.

I don’t miss them enough to justify the acceptance that what has been produced is more important than real life.

Waking up, going about your day, coming together as a family to enjoy a meal together – not just for Thanksgiving – but as many days as possible each week. This is real. This is what matters. This is why we live this life.
