The sun and rain are essential … even in summer.

You can (and should) have both throughout the year. On vacation – well that gets a bit tricky. I mean, at any given time – there could be weather that doesn’t agree with you or your plans.

Better not to think too much about it.

Go on vacation anyway.

While it is true that you’d (probably) rather have sun on vacation, and rain while working, a rainy day on vacation is always better than working.

I’m not saying that we should to enjoy both the sun and rain, but even though we would prefer the former – especially at the beach – we can’t complain about either.
