Skip It

It is super easy to skip it.

  • your work out
  • breakfast
  • a call you offered to attend but didn’t have to join
  • the networking meeting
  • volunteering event without a sign up
  • the webinar that is probably being recorded
  • a standing weekly lunch with friends or colleagues (whoever shows up is welcome)
  • meditating
  • a book club gathering when you didn’t have a chance to read the book
  • stretching in between calls
  • dinner with the kids
  • date night with your spouse
  • taking a break
  • after dinner walk
  • holiday gatherings
  • time with mom or dad

All of this – any of this – could be easy to miss.

But, when you skip it, you are 100% missing out and others are too. Commit. Show up. Participate. Make it a habit. Don’t quit. You can (and should) definitely not miss any of it.
