Be sure to say yes whenever you can and by that I mean you should say yes, more often than you probably do.

Go to the museum.

Travel with friends.

Go on vacation.

See the sights.

Go out to dinner.

Take a walk.

Go for a ride (car, bike, or motorcycle) and make it last.

Babysit the cousins, nieces & nephews (or, if you have them, grandchildren).

Go on a picnic.

Row the boat out to the middle of the lake and let the waves rock gently.

Go…do anything…just do it.

It is better to say yes, more often than you don’t.
