Be sure to save space and/or make room for others.

Welcome them to the group. Ask more about them, get to know why they’re there.

Remember and remind yourself.

Of course, it is a two-way street, and it will be your turn soon enough. For now, put them at ease, help them to feel comfortable and very welcome.

Then, they will want to come back – so save space which will make the room even more full.
