Sometimes you have to push a little to make things happen.

Create the schedule.

Add the topic to the agenda.

Write a letter (or a note, e-mail, text.)

Ask the hard questions.

Rehearse and play out the scenario ahead of time.

Explore the topic a bit through casual dialogue.

It is your choice to stay the course, but if you can push a little now, it might move ahead a little faster. Then, the next time, they might be the ones to come up with a new, fabulous, and big idea.
