In projects and leadership roles, there has to be one chief…

Well, at least one, maybe more, but there has to be at least one.

Someone has to be in charge, follow the plan, make decisions when things go awry, delegate and know what’s going on from start to finish.

Pick one chief, or get someone to volunteer…and then be sure to follow their guidance through it all. Life turns out so much better that way.
