Does an airline make their own rules whether they are on time or…
I think they do.
Any other industry, anywhere – you can start a project the day you say you will, but if you don’t finish it when you said you would – you’re late.
Weather? Unreliable and never anything to blame.
Make plans, adjust and adapt. Right? That’s what you have to do.
Yet, here they are. Claiming their stats, over and over again. As long as they depart on time or…is that just their perspective and, really – just like the rest of the world; arriving on time is the true measure on which to be judged?
