When you accept that you will be doing it.

When you like to do it.

When you see the value in it.

When you know you’re helping someone you care for or even love.

When you know it is the right thing to do.

If they ask you, and all the things above apply, be sure to emphasize that it is not too much trouble and you are happy to help. No pay back, no favors needed. It just is good stuff.
