Not One or Two

When you are trying to get something to work, you may try it not one or two, but multiple times.

  • click.
  • repeat.
  • turn off.
  • turn on.
  • delete the app.
  • reload the app.
  • reset your password.
  • make a new account.

The problem may not actually be with you, your ability to get something to work or your memory even – especially when this happens to not one or two of your family and friends. They can reinforce that you are not the cause, just someone else who is experiencing the same glitch on the same day. Try walking away and letting them fix it. Or, change the way you access the info. There most definitely is another way.
