There is more meaning to us this Memorial Day, as we sit and ponder the costs of freedom.
Some don’t have a personal experience. It is more about the start of summer, picnics and barbecues. It is about going to the beach, taking Fridays off and relaxing on a Monday.
This year, the sacrifices people make for our freedoms should hold more meaning to us, than ever. We know we can never repay the debt. How can we do the best job to recognize and thank them for the ultimate gift they gave to us. What’s more, what have we learned from them that can help to make sure we maintain our freedoms (such as they are right now)?
