Little Steps

We can start with little steps.

Which later set us up to take big leaps.

One day, one moment, a small change.

Eat less.

Exercise more.

Speak less.

Listen more.

Hate less.

Love more.

Be away less.

Stay home more.

(Well at least we have that last one on the way to “expert status”!)

There are other things, you know your list, the things that are most difficult for you and only you. One size may fit most, but we know it isn’t perfect for all.

It starts small. Taking little steps until we are good at doing the bigger, harder things.
