Whenever we can, let’s go change it.

• Especially if we are in charge.
• Especially if we have any control at all.
• Especially if we have any level of influence.

Talk to as many people as you can – spread the word – then, they can share it, too.

It doesn’t have to be a momentous effort, taking all of your time, energy and focus. Pulling you away from your every day role as a parent, working at a career you love and spending time with people you enjoy spending time with…this is just a good thing to do and worth the effort.

• Be ready to listen.
• Be ready to explain.
• Be ready to adapt.

Just a few words, an honest share, and answering questions. Then, all together – let’s go change it.
