It is the season of Thanksgiving and all around, may you find kind strangers wherever you go.
- Like the young man who helped me park my overly large car in a too small spot.
- Like the patient pickup driver who allowed three people to merge in a barely-understandable 45 minute stand still on the highway.
- Like the bank teller who corrected the math mistake on the deposit slip, in favor of the customer…not that the bank wouldn’t have found it later…hopefully.
- Like the person who paid for coffee and donuts at the drive through this morning, even though they were buying a box of joe and two dozen for the office (everyone got a treat today.)
It isn’t something that should be reserved for the chilly fall holiday, but still, fall is the most popular season for kind strangers.
