If you don’t like the results, you can keep checking in to see if they have

• improved
• gotten faster
• started winning
• replied
• commented
• completed the work

There is always opportunity for improvement. For example, leaving late, but arriving early is rarely possible, but when it happens, you can enjoy the results – just don’t count on that circumstance being repeatable.

• Stick to the process.
• Leave early.
• Educate on best practices.
• Remind them.
• Clarify if needed.
• Pitch in and help.
