What do they want? What do they need? What would be their ideal (anything.) You won’t know unless you talk to them. My advice…just ask.

Not just for a Christmas gift, but for anything.

A client, a colleague or a friend, and certainly your family. You have to be in touch with them and not just assume that what you think they want is the real thing.

So. What are you going to do? (You will just ask them for their ideas, preferences, special requests, and needs.) Then, if you can deliver – and everyone will be happy – you and them.
