You hear about it. Then, you experience it. Then. You understand it…yes. Jet lag is here. 

It is definitely better headed west. If I have to pick one to have it would be the longer day, enjoying extra hours… 

Unless of course you have to go out, after hours, to a party…entertaining clients.

I hate traveling to Las Vegas, having jet lag that crushes me when our party starts at 8PM local time (11 home time) but have to say that I greatly appreciated the extra boost at 7AM local time at home today when it felt like 12noon.  Maybe it’s just good to be home.
