Summer? It’s been here sort of anyway, for the last few weeks. Weather wise, not so much – but the mood? For sure.

Once school lets out, the routines change, the schedules go to hell and everyone takes a bit more time to do anything.

Heat has nothing to do with it. (Plus, we have had relatively low temps all through this spring compared to others.)

Let’s extend the feeling.

Long lunches and strolls after dinner.

Lazing in the sunshine.

Lingering over conversations, getting to know new people.

The way it’s been here – as if it was summer before yesterday. We’ll also welcome the cooler breezes to stay for a while, too… Yes, I think we’d be happy for the status quo.
