When someone has a great idea…completely out of the blue.

Celebrate the good fortune.

Encourage them to keep talking about it.

Ask more questions and help them flesh it out a bit more.

Help them to craft the process to bring it to life.

Tell them how much you like it.

There are times in your life when there is one great idea after another and those are the very best days. Get ready for them, as much as you can, plan to remember what was the reason and the inspiration. Then, repeat the process over and over again.
