No matter what, you have to go to that place. The one you have always talked about, or your family is from… or, that restaurant you learned about from a critic recently. Even if:

It is raining and colder than you expected.

It is hours away and not “on” the way.

It is low on cell signal…and you forgot the printed directions you had “just in case” you needed them.

It is another day where they don’t really want to go (or they do, but seems like they don’t.)

It is a restaurant where you do not have a reservation.

It is not truly on itinerary but you just learned about it so you think it will be a good stop along the way.

Go to that place you believe will make a memory, one that you (all) will have forever.
