This is a day for the moms that doesn’t happen everywhere around the world, on the same day.

I don’t think Hallmark had a single thing to do with that.

In fact, I am pretty sure that Hallmark just capitalized on the event. I say that, even as much as I like the brand and the stores – the people there are always so nice. I am sure that it is no coincidence that many of them are moms.

But, even though a card is nice. It isn’t needed.

Remember, no matter what you do, or choose to buy, or not for the moms – just choose to be there. That is really what they want. That, and maybe a nice cuppa something warming, especially on a chilly, rainy, grey day.
