It is hard to be clear and communicate. To over communicate is even harder. Sometimes (more often than not) it takes many times but, finally the info gets through:

• to the right person.
• the blockage.
• to the brain.
• the e-mail filter.
• to encourage a decision.
• informing of critical details.
• and something happens.

Then again, sometimes there is something to be said for having patience, because you were waiting and waiting. But, finally the info is sent… and then all those other things can/may/will happen. Hopefully it is not too late to be able to make the right plans and decisions.
