It is a best practice to check it again and double verify the work.
Measure twice, cut once.
Ask for two forms of ID.
Take a name and a number.
Maybe ask them to spell it, too.
A recipe can be complicated but should be accurate. Any chef will suggest you review it again…
However, there is less room for making a mistake when it is the baker who insists you double verify the ingredients and each measurement.
