Better a late and delayed realization than none at all.
Don’t be oblivious.
Be ready to learn.
Keep your eyes open.
Listen in and be open to learn.
Time is on your side, until it isn’t.
Once you see it, you can’t un-see it and you should be able to take action. Take this new knowledge and do something with it.
What did they sing to us on School House Rocks? “Knowledge is power”…I can say it left an impression. Not just on me but on others and maybe for a good reason. This phrase turns out to be loosely (maybe heavily) based on the writings of English philosopher Francis Bacon from the 16th century.
So, it is not a new concept. Which means, we can either accept it and embrace it, or rebel, like some prefer.
I say adopt.
Remember… a delayed realization is only bad if you fail to act on it once you know.
