You should commit or don’t…

If you are on the fence, it is not helpful.

You may not have known what you were getting into, and it is okay to change your mind.

But, best to do the research and know all of the expectations…at a very high level.

Then, once you agree, you need to set your goal, knowing you can do it, but then actually making yourself do it.

Commit or don’t join the group. Everyone is counting on you to do your part and deliver what you promised.
