Memorial Day is the perfect time for the community to come together…and appreciate the history of our forefathers, mothers, sisters and brothers – those who came before us.

They came together to give us freedom, liberty and life we live now.

It is not a small feat, not one that is won by a single person, but a collective of many who have a common goal to live, to protect and to promote freedom.

Today, we must come together and thank those who have their lives for us. Did we deserve this? I am not sure, but we appreciate them and we thank them always.
