Chuck The Bad Habits

Do your best to chuck the bad habits out the window. It may take some time, but as you do, you will feel so much better.

Now, what constitutes something bad for you (or for others around you)?

It really could be anything.

As long as it is something you control.

Being a habitual sneezer, isn’t something you can really squash as a habit. Covering your mouth, well – that you can do *unless you are a toddler* but then, you can learn.

Shivering, because it is cold out (or in) isn’t something you have the power to stop. Wear a warmer coat. Get a blanket. Put on another layer. Add socks to your outfit. Turn up the heat. Try something within your power.

Nodding yes but not really agreeing. You can disagree, have your own opinion, be ready to contradict or ask questions.

Eating too many cookies…Of course, in January – if only there weren’t so many left over. Or, maybe, you have to stop buying more cookies. Whatever it takes, you have to stop.

Try. It’s January. You can take baby steps. Chuck the bad habits and make new ones.
