Amazon Prime Day…sort of like Christmas in July? 

Bigger than Black Friday, but off season. 

I hear that it didn’t work as well for them as they’d hoped. That’s ok. They advertised. It brought in revenue and some people, looked at this as an opportunity to save on things they need now from Amazon, with their (new) Prime membership and certainly more than they would from another retailer.

I, however, can’t possibly shop for gifts, for Christmas, in July for a holiday six months away. I would never remember what I bought and therefore would buy MORE stuff as we approach the Holiday. Hmmm…maybe that was their plan all along.
