The dunes today were sadly bunny free…

And not because they are all getting ready for dressing up as the Easter Bunny.

Also, not because they were hopping along pleasantly ignoring the signs “stay off the dunes” – apparently there is more to nature than we’d have thought at the beach, on the beach.

Maybe next season they’ll be back, but for now, the dunes are bunny free and not just because it is too cold for beach bunnies.

PPS If so, would you (also) make a hermit crab tunnel so the ones that were (somehow) left behind could come back?
