Break The Habit

It is hard to break the habit that is essential to your daily life.

When it is part of your routine, part of your normal process is it a habit or core to living a healthy life?

Sleeping late and staying up late. Essentially following the natural biorhythm of your entire life since childhood.

Snacking and not eating big meals. Every little thing just being so yummy you can’t resist.

Reading real books and ignoring the digital versions. Not to disrespect the modern author but to embrace those who are essential to our legacy.

Doodling and taking hand written notes. Not distracted but trying to remember it the best way you can.

Do your mind and body a favor only break the habit you can’t endure.
