Annual Traditions

Like the holidays that everyone has on their calendar there are the annual traditions you, your family and friends make time for each year.

Those plans are upheld to celebrate our lives, each year sharing the experience with the next generation. They too start to enjoy what you have for years.

Driving through the local holiday light show – in that special neighborhood where each home owner tries to either outdo their neighbor – or at least what they themselves did the year prior. Already planning what is on deck for next year…

It can be simple, but still special – sharing a meal (or two) throughout the day. Or, make it elaborate – plan to spend the entire weekend together when your calendars align.

Yes, at least one full day spent together is best and is one of those annual traditions highly recommended. Eat, laugh, catch up, play games and exchange gifts. It can take place after the official holiday is over, or nearly a month later and still perfect because you are spending time with friends who are like family.
