It is awesome when it happens. Being inspired by:

• something you read
• people you know (friends, family, co-workers)
• events taking place around you
• colleagues you have recently met
• brainstorming together

In all of these cases, you are inspired by other people – and that is the best kind there is. Remember that you can return this favor. Simply speak, write and share your thoughts. Hopefully, it will find passage to others and they will continue to create, grow and develop…thus, continuing the circle.
