• Re-engineering.

All of this is a waste of time.

• Figure it out.
• Ask questions.
• Do the research.
• Study the outcome based on the inputs.

Figure out the problem and find the root causes. Evaluate all of the ways things have done wrong and how it happened…then you can start to work on the answer. Only then should you start to model out the options ahead of you.
