Is there ever a better season than summer for wasting time?

Kids do it all the time.

• Sleeping in.
• Staying up late.
• Not getting dressed.
• Binging movies on demand.
• Reading books.
• Playing video games.
• Sitting in the sun.
• Lying by the pool.
• Lounging by the fire pit.
• Riding bikes.
• Eating out.
• Walking through the park (or the city.)
• Taking in the sights.

We can certainly be like them if we try hard enough.

The first weekend of the season and what better way to spend it than wasting time, watching movies that are not worth the effort – except they are. If even just to show that it doesn’t matter how good or bad the ratings – if you write it, direct it, produce it and act in it, there was some value – and that is exactly why we tune in.
