My dad always says that you can’t catch up on sleep, but maybe, your body just tells you it is time for a nap…
And that nap might last 2 or 3 hours longer than you normally would sleep. On a weekend. Because you can.
Or.
Are you the kind of person who wakes up naturally right on time each morning.
Or.
Do you begrudge the alarm clock and hit the snooze button, over and over again?
If you must get up every day earlier than your natural sleep pattern requires, you might just find yourself, every day at one point or another yawning and thinking it is time for a nap. Maybe, you should give in, or try to go to sleep earlier – or sleeping in, at least once a week – to catch up. (Even if that isn’t possible.)
