It should not be hard to believe, but somehow it is. If you start with a smile you are more likely to get one in return.

We don’t always want to show our position or betray our thoughts. So, we play the game. Put on our poker face.

It is easier that way. Don’t interact. Lay low. Focus on the little stuff; what won’t ruffle feathers.

However, if you do things that are not just behind the scenes and ignore the lure of following the status quo you can win.

It may seem small but can make a huge impact.

Make people relax and disarm them simply. Just start with a smile and let it go naturally from there.
