We (should) always want to make a great first impression and start off well ahead of expectations.

Unless…you want to test the waters and see how the reactions come in. Or, you are the kind of person who wants to be able to improve as you go, as you learn.

But many can’t do that. They have to hit the ground running, make changes from the very beginning and leave a huge impact.

Even if you are able to go with the flow, you want to be able to improve the situation; make the world a better place than you found it.

Advice for you…

Know where you are. Know where you want to go. Take the path you are able to handle.

Then, even if you begin strong, get better and stronger along the way.

We should all start off well-intentioned to do our very best, and strive to go forward from there.
