Smile Or, Don’t

You can choose to smile or, don’t choose to smile but you probably look better when you do.

There is even a theory (not sure if it is medically proven or not) that it takes less muscle to smile than to frown.

The only thing wrong with that theory is that while the opposite of smiling may be frowning, the absence of doing either is just that.

Neutral.

Poker Face.

Non committal, with no emotion and no reaction.

If someone wants to frown or look mad, that is their option.

But, they may not even be doing that. Maybe they are just thinking. Maybe they have a lot on their mind. Maybe…they are distracted.

Smile or, don’t but, if you choose not to smile, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you are consciously making a choice.
