On its own, not a problem but the side by side juxtaposition is what calls attention to it.

Different, but not quite similar enough. There is an actual contradictory look and feel. The colors do not blend or mesh together. Plus, the shapes are incongruous and unnatural.

In context it is a problem.

Out of context you might have let it slide bit. But, if you are spending more than a quick second to look at it, you will see. It is more than just uncanny valley.

Step back. Think about it.

Do the comparison and look at it in a side by side juxtaposition to really figure out why it is bothersome. It will not take long to figure out that it is wrong. It might however, take a lot longer than you think to make it right.
