That dish, the one you loved before, but isn’t available at the restaurant anymore…has been recreated and better than you remembered.

It isn’t easy to be innovative.

It may not be every day someone invents something new.

It is wonderful to be able to collaborate with others.

It should be attempted…to take something good and work to improve.

Status quo isn’t acceptable…work on it until you achieve your goals even if it is something recreated and better than the original.
