Or, maybe you are not upset.

Perhaps you have other options. Perhaps you can get your money back. Perhaps you will just reschedule it.

Even when a rain out means thinks can’t happen – it doesn’t have to be the end of the world. It is not the worst thing ever. This can be worked out – perhaps with some effort – more than just naturally happening, but it will be fine.
