In life, as in language, pauses are important.

Stop the momentum.

Take a break and a breath.

Add a space in the dialogue to let the concept sink in, or to allow someone else to talk.

In many times, voice to text just lets it all run together, from one thought to another.

But.

We all know this.

Pauses are important-just like it is important to celebrate holidays and take vacation. Do it more often. Repeat.
