When something happens, you can only imagine what it was that made it so…

• different.
• rare.
• important.
• impactful.
• risky.
• noisy.
• silly.
• stupid.

If you are not there, to see it and witness it first hand, you have to rely on other accounts. The actual witness to change. To the decision being made. Or the event taking place. Even still, you can only imagine that a lot more must have come prior for it to be this way, now. Who was in the room? How did the decision get made? What was the argument for and against? and Why did they think it was a good idea in the first place? Now…when will they be able to fix it(?) is the problem…
