something wrong. Whether it is professionally or personally, something has to change.

• The ads are not working.
• Customers don’t know you exist.
• No one will listen to you.
• The pain won’t go away.
• Screws are missing or the parts don’t fit.
• People argue with you.
• You can’t get the point across.

Don’t be defensive and say there is nothing wrong when in some way, shape or form there is a disconnect, a missing piece or a problem. It is easier to fix when you communicate, come together and figure it out.
