Some times in life, you just have to muddle through the conversations until you figure out how best to communicate.

Most of the time, you are spot on. You understand them. They understand you.

Whether it is someone:

• younger.
• older.
• less experienced.
• more educated.
• coming from a different background.
• has a different set of social ethos.
• grew up in a different country and yours is not their first spoken language.

If you both want to work together, come to an agreement or be around each other…you will muddle through until the communication is clear and everyone knows what to do next.
