Minor Changes

We have some minor changes to recommend…

  • small
  • tiny
  • tweak
  • update

at least that is how it started.

How it ended was a series of edits, product updates, suggestions that completely changed the original design.

It will depend on how reliant you are on their ideas, support and approval for the final execution.

  • Are they funding it?
    • How much of the investment?
  • Are they the owner/president/CEO/board member?
    • Or, other key stakeholder who is in charge?
  • Are they the code reviewer?
    • Can they mandate changes for any legal reason?
  • Are they the designer?
    • How much more experience and expertise do they have?

While the intent was fine, the end result was far more than minor changes. If it is your project or initiative, be sure to be in control of who has the controls (over you and the end result.)
