I am indeed, luckier than most for so many reasons.

This could be a bit more surface level than you might think, but would you miss them if I stopped doing these posts every day?

I mean, I have the option to do it. Not an obligation…but a compelling drive to keep up with it out of habit.

All these years, months and days. (Just the occasional blip due to access or conditions beyond my control.)

Okay…I will leave you with this instead.

For today here we are and I am wishing you a very Happy St. Patrick’s Day, especially for those who sincerely celebrate:

• the heritage
• the traditions
• the food, dance and songs
• (not just the drink)
• the family who gave you everything (and then some)

You (and I) are luckier than most because you understand why this day is so important. Further, it may (or may not) make sense why we find ourselves without an option but to say Sláinte. Sometimes, the decisions you make are not all that easy to understand, but they won’t ever be forgotten.
