Sometimes the littlest signs can make the biggest smiles.

This one, the rainbow rock, was chosen for more than it’s message or it’s symbolism, but for its innocence.

Taking a walk through town, there are people out there creating happy, fun messages that make the time pass more quickly. They make the days more interesting. They give us something to do.

More than just general health and wellness, take a walk, take a break and just be aware of your surroundings.

Maybe you will find the message you weren’t even looking for out there.

Each day, we go walking and even though we are not actively looking, we keep finding the littlest signs that make our day just a little brighter and a little bit more optimistic.
