Nothing like a question, at the last minute to throw things off.

• do you have my keys?
• where are the tickets?
• do we have change for the tip?
• is there a reservation?
• do all the people have a seat?
• weren’t we supposed to turn at that last interchange?
• do we need a permit?
• where is the book that is due back before the end of school?
• do you have everything packed?
• are we going to need __________?

It is always a good idea to be ahead and not wait until the last minute, but sometimes you just can’t control everything.
